Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that missed skate lessons cannot be rescheduled. If you fail to show up for a lesson, that session will be forfeited for the day. We recommend planning ahead to ensure you can attend four consecutive weeks of lessons (one lesson per week). No exceptions will be made to this rule. Chez Vous will provide skate rentals, and you are welcome to bring your safety gear and water bottle. _ Waivers must be signed ( must have proof of signed waiver) - All sales are final. Chez Vous does not issue refunds for skate lessons. - Chez Vous is not responsible for accidents or injuries. All guests skate at their own risk. - All rules and regulations will be strictly enforced. - Minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
