Cancellation Policy

• No Smoking. • Chez-Vous does not issue refunds. • Admission applies to entry only. All guests, whether skating or not, must pay the regular admission fee. Admission includes free skate rental. Guests who bring their own skates are still required to pay the admission fee. • Everyone must have a signed waiver to enter the building. Proof of waiver must be shown in order to receive skates. • Proper dress attire is required at all times. Revealing tops or pants are not permitted. • No gum chewing is permitted in the building. • The following items are strictly prohibited: pens, markers, metal picks, combs, lighters, weapons, flyers, cigarettes/tobacco products, and any illegal drugs or alcohol. • Confiscated items will not be returned. • Due to safety risks, pregnant women are not permitted to enter the facility. • Children 1 year of age or older are subject to regular admission fees. • The session manager reserves the right to use discretion in interpreting unusual or abnormal situations. • Any individual in possession of illegal substances, alcohol, or weapons will be denied entry, and authorities will be notified. • Chez-Vous maintains a zero-tolerance policy for foul language or inappropriate behavior from both youth and adults. • Soliciting is strictly prohibited on the premises. • For safety, all guests are subject to mandatory security checks. Bags, cases, and personal items may be searched. (Exception: Law enforcement personnel with proper identification.) • Re-entry is not permitted. Guests who leave the facility must purchase a new admission ticket to return. • Sessions are designed for specific age groups. Guests are expected to attend only the session appropriate for their age group. • Anyone found defacing or damaging Chez-Vous property will be permanently barred from the facility. • Every guest must purchase a ticket to enter. No exceptions. • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. • Chez-Vous is not responsible for accidents or injuries. All guests skate at their own risk. • All rules and regulations will be strictly enforced.
